What autonomous outreach looks like from the student's side
In our last update, we showed how you can give your enrollment agent a task: re-engage EA melt students for 2026, then let it run. Here's what that looks like from the student's side.
Maya, one of the students in that pool is close to done. She's deposited, but a few items are still outstanding: her housing preferences form, immunization records, and final high school transcript. Her agent reaches out to close the gap, by text, by email, or with a phone call.
When Maya writes back "I'm a bit lost, can you walk me through this?", the agent can answer against her specific record and can help her fill out the paperwork itself. If she'd rather handle it over email, her AI recruiter picks up the same conversation there with the same context and guidance.
You gave the agent one goal: re-engage this student. It followed up as many times as it took, adapted to how she responded, and reported back once the task was done.
